Te Awanga Villa is a 1920's beachfront holiday bach, stylishly and carefully renovated to retain its original character and charm . It is one of a collection of accomodation options that Ocean Villas offer to you in varying destinations around the North Island of New Zealand.

Some of the region's best wineries are located within walking distance of the house and the property enjoys panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from Napier's Bluff Hill to Cape Kidnappers. The house has a large, private, fully fenced section and a delightful cottage garden. Te Awanga Villa is a comfortable retreat in which to relax and unwind, or a great base from which to explore the highlights of the Hawke's Bay. Guest comfort is given the highest priority, and includes a gas fireplace, and flat panel TV in lounge.

The house sleeps up to ten people. It has four bedrooms (including 2 semi-adjoining rooms separated by glass panel doors, & a sleepout accessed from the house via a covered path), a full bathroom (with toilet, bath & shower) and additional separate toilet. The shower has a continuous hot water supply system. All four bedrooms sleep two people per room in a twin or super-king configuration, in addition the rear sleepout has a set of bunks. A portacot and highchair are available on request. Luxury bedding and linen is supplied, as are bath & beach towells.

The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are open plan, with the lounge and two of the bedrooms enjoying ocean views. The kitchen is very well equiped, with windows facing the rear yard and sheltered patio/outside the dining area. Quality outdoor dining furniture and a gas BBQ facilitate casual and easy outdoor dining. Several decks are strategically dotted around the perimeter of the house.
